Our stylish, modern apartments are fully furnished with premium finishes and designed for effortless student living. Every bedroom is private and includes its own en-suite bathroom, creating a comfortable space to study, rest, and recharge.
Residents can choose between Perfect Places I or Perfect Places II units, with a range of options to suit different lifestyles — including outdoor units ideal for those who enjoy entertaining.
Each Perfect Places apartment is built with students in mind, offering purpose-designed study areas, plenty of natural light, and a kitchen. Bedrooms come complete with a bed, wardrobe, desk, while kitchens include a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, and kettle. The lounge is also fully set up with a comfortable couch and a television with DSTV.
Perfect Places II
Life here goes beyond just accommodation — all residents enjoy full access to the Perfect Places facilities, including a mini gym, pool table room, table tennis, a netball ring, and recreation and braai areas. Fibre WiFi is included, and daily cleaning and laundry services are provided to make student life easier and more convenient.
To keep things running smoothly during loadshedding, the residence is equipped with practical solutions such as LED lamps and gas stoves.
Located within walking distance to UJ Doornfontein, Perfect Places also offers a shuttle service for students travelling to campus.
